Plan of Correction
$70 per Deficiency
This service is for our clients who have gone through a survey and received deficiencies from the surveyor. We provide our clients needing this service a written plan of corrections to respond to the surveyors deficiencies. In addition, we also supply our clients with any educational and tracking tools pertaining to the deficiencies to assist them with the follow through of the correction.

Our daily QA program assists our clients with patient chart reviews to help identify common errors that could cause a survey deficiency or ADR Denial. This program helps educate clinicians on regulations and Medicare guidelines with the goal of having that education show in the clinician’s charting. We also offer quarterly reports on the improvements of the agency and individual clinicians.
